Bison Farm NJ. We officially became owners of beautiful pasture land in southern New Jersey that will become a future bison farm in NJ. This property is full of thick, nutritious grass that will become the food source of a new herd of American bison.
At Buck Wild Bison, we get excited at the prospect of growing our herd, but this time it's extra special because bison are not a common sight in NJ. To our knowledge, there is only one bison farmer in NJ, and he is in the northern part of NJ. We are proud to bring this majestic animal to the people of NJ. We look forward to introducing residents to bison and the great nutritional value its meat provides. It's about time the bison returned to the Jersey shore!
We look forward to a great 2018--sharing with you our passion for bison--and we hope you have a wonderful New Year! (Pro tip: You can make your New Year's Eve celebration even better with some mini-bison meatball appetizers and a couple of bison filet mignon. Make "treating yourself to the best" your New Year's resolution!)

What is the calorie count for a sweet Italian sausage? My husband is on a diet. We have greatly enjoyed the bison burgers and would like to vary those with sausage if they are equally low in calories.
