Big Ol' Box of Ground Bison

Usually love ordering from Buck Wild Bison but they changed their packaging. The bison came with ripped packaging and meat juice was all over the ground bison. Since two were opened we had to use them right away.

Order arrived 2 days after my placing it… very fast…. Every pound block of ground bison was very, very frozen… very good….great quality… prepares with virtually no fat… taste is fresh and pleasant… company’s website is easy navigate….pricing is very competitive…..will be a return customer for sure.

Super clean packing. Still have to taste, but I'm sure about the quality from my previous order I did 4 years ago.

The last two orders I received of the ground bison is too bloody. The meat doesn’t seem to have been bled out properly.

Packaging is great and the bison is delicious!
