First time I tried it, definitely will buy it again. I seared on the Blackstone and then smoked it. After smoking I placedit back on the Blackstone for a second sear. Delicious.

I absolutely love these Bison steaks. I order from your company alot. My only complaint is this time there were no freezer packs included in the oder and the meat was beginning to thaw. Please don't let this happen again
