Thick and juicy

Great burger

The bison burgers are thick, juicy and they are absolutely delicious. This is my first go around with the burgers , chili and hot dogs. I'm very impressed with all of them and I will be once again ordering more from Buck Wild Bison. I’ve dealt with many companies that sell bison for the last 16 years and none of them sell burgers anywhere near as good as the 8 oz patties you sell.

Absolutely delicious ! Once thawed, the patties fall apart, so it’s imperative to ball them up individually and reshape into a burger. After that, they cooked beautifully with very little shrinkage. Terrific taste and superior quality !
