Our jerky is incredible. Nothing but pure, all-natural bison jerky enjoyed the way our Native American ancestors enjoyed it. This is old fashioned tough and dry jerky that could last for months and months on the trail while tracking the herds of buffalo. Delish .i wont go back to beef jerky

Moist, tender and very flavorful!

I thought the bones were pretty good although some of them were a little too big could’ve been chopped up a little more the raw bones for my dogs beef jerky portions are ridiculously tiny and expensive. The pulled bison was pretty good.

Delicious. It is great from order to eating. The short ribs are the best we have had. The jerky is very tasty and the ground meat makes great burgers. Saving the brisket for the grill. Thank you.
