Amazing!! Best steak ever....cut with a fork

My husband was very hapoy to recieve this gift package and teally enjoyed hos 1st steak last evening

It was a gift and my dad was very happy. There was an issue with FedEx delivery and they were delayed a couple of days, but Buck Wild Bison immediately sent out a new shipment. Very impressed and will purchase again.

All Steaks that we have tried have been really good.

Nice cuts. Just wanted to taste cuts of Bison. Nothing insane about the taste in terms of being different from Beef. But its nice and lean cuts. Even the Ribeye was lean and had that fatty marble feel.
