Me and my wife really love 6to8 ounce , loin , really disappointed that the last bunch I think I bought sixteen steaks , and none of them is over six ounces , that's really disappointing

It was great and nice and tender.
My last purchase of the top sirloin steaks was the best yet! The steaks seemed to be cut thicker,with very little fat on them. They grilled up beautifully in just a few minutes. I started buying them for my dog who is allergic to chicken and beef, but also needs extra protein as much as I can get into him because of a compromised immune system. It wasn’t long before I realized how amazing the steaks were and we enjoy them together now. Even my very picky grandson who won’t eat beef is eating bison steak. Thank you for the great product line and as always since I have limited income I have to watch for your awesome sales. We are loyal and very grateful customers
