Buck Wild Bison is committed to delivering our premium bison meat to you in excellent condition and as fast as possible. We ship all over the United States, and we know how to get your bison meat to you in excellent condition. Our bison products are individually vacuum sealed and frozen before being packed in insulated shipping containers and covered with dry ice and ice packs to ensure freshness. UPS will deliver your order, and you will receive tracking information via e-mail. To maintain optimal freshness, we suggest you are home to receive your order when it arrives.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 if shipping to a state in our premium shipping zone (see blue states in the map below). Customers in our secondary shipping zone (see gray states in the map below) can get free shipping on orders over $400.
Shipping rates are determined by UPS. WE DO NOT SET THE SHIPPING RATES.
We typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Once you receive notification that your order of bison meat has shipped, you should receive your order in 1-3 business days.
FAILED SHIPMENT AND REFUND POLICY: If a shipment arrives late, the bison meat may be thawed and warm. If your meat arrives warm and it is our fault or our carrier’s fault, take photos of the issue and send us back the product within 3 days, and we will replace your order or refund your money. However, if the failed shipment is due to an error on the purchaser or the recipient's part (as in a gift), including but not limited to, an incomplete or incorrect address given, receiver not home, special shipping instructions made at the request of the recipient, refused deliveries, or orders left out and either stolen, ruined, or damaged after delivery, we will not refund or replace the shipment.
