Buck Wild Bison is committed to delivering our premium bison meat to you in excellent condition and as fast as possible. Our bison products are individually vacuum sealed and frozen before being packed in insulated shipping containers and covered with dry ice and gel packs to ensure freshness. FedEx will deliver your Buck Wild Bison order straight to your doorstep. You will receive tracking information via e-mail and we suggest you are home to receive your order when it arrives for optimum freshness.
All orders are shipped on Tuesday and you can expect to receive your order on Wednesday or Thursday based on your location. Any order placed by 6pm EST on Monday will be included in this week's shipments.
If you are located within our premium ground shipping zone (see map below) you will receive your order in 1-2 business days by FedEx Ground Home Delivery and pay only $19.99*. In addition, you will receive free shipping on all orders totaling more than $150.
If you are located outside our premium ground shipping zone (see map below) you will receive your order 2nd business day by FedEx Express. We do not currently offer free shipping for orders placed outside of our premium ground shipping zone.
We do our best to keep your bison completely frozen throughout its travels; however, some of the smaller cuts may arrive partially thawed. It is completely safe and healthy to put everything in your order back in the freezer without any worry of loss of quality, or your bison should still be cold and can be enjoyed fresh. Only when the meat has returned to room temperature should you avoid refreezing as there would be significant quality loss and risk of bacteria growth.
FAILED SHIPMENT POLICY: At times, unforeseen problems occur and a shipment arrives late, and therefore thawed. Our policy regarding failed shipments is very simple and in your favor--if it is our fault or our carrier’s fault, we will replace your order or refund your money – whichever you prefer. However, if the failed shipment is due to an error on the purchaser or the recipient's part (as in a gift), including but not limited to, an incomplete or incorrect address given, receiver not in, special shipping instructions made at the request of the recipient, refused deliveries, or orders left out and either stolen, ruined, or damaged after delivery, we will not refund or replace the shipment.
* $19.99 shipping in our premium zone applies to orders weighing less than 10 lbs.
