These are WONDERFUL!! We've had great success with a multistep method. The fillets are seasoned with salt and 2T of butter with a drop of liquid smoke and sealed in a vacuum bag. We cook them with our Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker Pro to126 degrees for 1.5 hours. They are then finished on a hot grill. DELICIOUS! We keep some in the freezer at all times

This is not filet mignon it’s junk. It has big slices of fat and the four filet mignon Burleigh make one I’m never buying from Buckley bison again.
