I paid extra for the arrival and it still came half thawed. Please send fed ex next time as they do deliver in Hawaii in two days burn

Protection is imperative

The meat was great. I would disappointed in the packing. The meat had thawed to a point where it could not be frozen so we had to eat it right away.

Yes definitely it takes the worry out of ordering meat online. And yes I have used the shipping insurance FedEx delayed one shipment 5 day and it spoiled my order was quickly replaced at no cost and I received it promptly

So glad I had this protection. FedEx had an issue and the delivery was delayed. Had a new shipment sent within 2 days of notification.

Arrived within 3 days and still frozen package very well.

The company fix whatever issues, you may have, fast.

You need the protection if you spend a lot

They were thawed out when they got here. In the past they've been semi frozen when they arrived.

the bundle had ribeye ny strip and filet mignon i tried all 3 the filet was best of all 3 cuts i will order another bundle soon.

Outstanding meat. Only problem was, I order4 bison filet mignon. Only 3 arrived. However, the dude working customer service was on it in a flash to compensate for the problem.
