Carriers such as UPS may experience delays in package delivery, which can become an issue due to the perishable nature of our products, particularly during hot weather conditions. If your order is delayed and arrives spoiled, lost by UPS, or stolen, we will absorb the entire cost and provide a complimentary replacement or store credit for the entire value of the order.

Any shipment in transit for 3 or more days will be considered delayed. Please note that a delay does not guarantee a replacement. The meat will only be replaced if it is warm and spoiled upon arrival. Completely thawed out meat that is still very cold is not spoiled. Please check our shipping policy for instructions on what to do if you suspect your meat is spoiled. The cost for this service is 2.5% of your entire order value.

By opting out of this protection, you are assuming the risk associated with shipping delays and agree to no chargebacks. We have absolutely no control over UPS and any delays they may cause. Consequently, we are unable to replace or refund any shipping-related issues. You are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping service provider (e.g., UPS or FedEx).
