Our beef tri-tip is a large, tender, triangular-shaped piece of meat cut from the bottom sirloin. This cut is widely beloved by chefs. Its low-fat and mild beef flavor makes it ideal for seasoning and pairing with a flavorful sauce. It works as a whole roast or can be sliced into steaks. Low and slow cooking produces a roast that can be easily shredded.
