The meat tastes good, but it was half thawed out. It was suppose to take 2 days and we did not get it until the 3rd day in the afternoon. I would suggest more dry ice or send through fed ex as they fo deliver within 2 days

Ordered ground bison several times, added hot dogs and summer sausage this time. I have ordered ground bison before, and it is really good, and if on sale is well worth the money. The dogs were good, as well as the summer sausage, will order that again. I can't justify buying the expensive cuts, they are a little too high priced to justify.

Great meat. The cost is starting to come prohibitive. Since last August 2025 its gone from about $13 a pound to $19 a pound not on sale.
