Very good elk
Excellent quality. Made Elk Salisbury steak and it was a hit with the family.
I have enjoyed the bison from Buck Wild so I decided to try the ground elk as well. So far I cooked up a batch of elk chili, which we enjoyed. Used a ready-made chili mix and added a small can of jalapenos, since we like things spicy. Now I will probably try making burgers or meatloaf.
