We just wanted to let everyone know that our Buck Wild Bison are thriving at their new home in Port Norris, NJ. Cinnamon, our big herd bull, is keeping everyone in line and making sure nobody bothers his herd.
Each day we spend time with our bison—giving them treats and making sure they are healthy. Speaking of treats, our bison love treats! When we arrive at the farm, the bison come walking over to where we are because they know it’s treat time!
These are wonderful animals, and we are lucky to have them. Bison are an important part of America’s circle of life. Bison meat provides a healthy source of nutrition to the American diet, and bison will forever be a part of our national heritage thanks to farmers who have helped rejuvenate this animal that was near extinction.
