Some were great some have some grizzle. Prefer less fat on ribeyes but the exact size !!
I understand there is fat laced in ribeye, but like had excess fat and was only reimbursed for 1 of the 4 steaks I bought. I cut off all the thick fat and it was so much that only 2 people got to eat this meal with salad and baked potato. Not impressed and wont buy this cut again.
The bison is EXCELLENT!! It is very tender, tasty absolutely delicious!
