Like I have said in my earlier post, this is the first time that I have tried bison. I have had the chili, hot dogs and hamburgers, which all three were absolutely delicious, amazing, full of flavor, I'd expect that the bison sausage would be no different. They are absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I have been very impressed with all of these Buck Wild Bison products and I will be back for more. So much more that I want to try. Thanks again for such a awesome product!
